GRT TELECALLER AGREEMENT (JOINING LETTER)

This Telecaller agreement is executed on the 3th day of Month DECEMBER
2023

“Telecaller” which expression shall unless repugnant to the context or meaning
there of be deemed to mean and include its successors and permitted assigns)
of the first part.
And

GRT Telecaller Marketing, having its registered office at Near Divine School, S.D.M.
Colony, Sikandrabad, Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh (here in after referred to as
"Company" which expression shall unless repugnant to the context or meaning there of
be deemed to mean and include its successors and permitted assigns) of the second
part.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• The telecaller, while working on the project, shall be governed by all the rules and
regulations of the company, which would be updated from time to time.

• For unmapping any account of any employee he/she must have to inform before 45 days of
leaving the job through the mail.

• The telecaller must intimate the company about his/her availability on the assigned
project, in terms of working hours.

• The telecaller must have internet connectivity and good working condition android mobile
phone at home.

• If the telecaller is not available any day, it should be intimated to his/her coordinator and
the HR Manager or his/her Team Lead well in advance or at least on the same day. For a longer
duration of unavailability, a minimum notification of 3 days in advance is required.

• In case of emergency, the telecaller should call and intimate his/her coordinator or the HR
Manager as soon as possible...

• Office working hours shall be 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

• If the telecaller left the job without any information or resignation letter then he or she is
not eligible to get any pending amount by the company.

Important Information
• EMPLOYEE MEETING TIME
10:00 AM (Everyday)
Everyone has to attend the daily meeting who will not attend the meeting without notice then he
will removed by the group and then not added in the group again.

• ADVANCE TRAINING TIME

2:00 PM (SUNDAY)

• BASIC TRAINING TIME

05:00 PM
All employee’s candidate will off there mic and camera in the basic training.

• Salary
MONTHLY SALARY =18K + INSENTIVE
TARGET = 140-150 *(HIRING)*

• Group Opening Time:

06:00 PM to 08:00 PM
Only send joining letters details no other massages are allow in the joining letter group.

Fixed Compensation
● The salary will provide between 05th to 10th of the following month.
● Login time: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Login of average 8 hours 30 minutes
are required every day. An average monthly login time of 210 hours is mandatory.
● Daily talk time of an average of 3.5 hours is required. Average Monthly talk time of 90 hours
is mandatory.
Variable Compensation:
The earning both fixed and variable shall be paid to the telecaller between the 05th and 10th of
every month.

• It's mandatory for every telecaller to undergo a 2 day’s (2.5 hour’s/day) training program
in the format and days as described by the Company. Only after successful completion of the
training program and certification shall a telecaller be allowed to go live on calls.

If a telecaller fails to complete the training or fails in the tests conducted during or after the training
or found unfit for telecalling for any reasons, he/she shall not be entitled to any compensation and
this agreement shall be terminated with immediate effect.

• The telecaller shall not show any discrimination towards other telecaller, company officials
or anyone working in the project while they interact during training or any other official meeting
platform on the basis of caste, creed, color, region, gender or religion. The telecaller shall not hurt
the religious sentiment of anyone working at the Company. Any such act or behavior directly or
indirectly, physically or verbally shall be viewed seriously and may lead to loss of telecaller contract.

• Any kind of misbehaviour with women - physical, mental, verbal or emotional or inaction
will be viewed seriously and will lead to termination of this contract. The Company has a zero-
tolerance policy towards any kind of misbehaviour with women.

CONFIDENTIALITY OBLIGATIONS:

• In the course of your telecaller assignment with us and by virtue of the position held by you, you may
acquire information, technical or otherwise, including any computer software, which is

confidential or proprietary to the company or its subsidiaries or affiliates, its customers,

sub-contractors or any other person or company having any kind of association or relationship with
the company and/or its affiliates or subsidiaries (together "Confidential Information").

• You shall, at all times, during your Telecaller agreement with the Company, keep and maintain
strict confidentiality of such Confidential Information and data that may come to your possession or
knowledge by virtue of this engagement, use such information only as may be required in the normal
course of your work and shall not disclose or divulge any such information or data, without the
priorwritten consent of an authorized officer of the company.

• You shall, at all times, whether during or after the termination of your Telecaller contract, act
with the utmost fidelity and shall not disclose or divulge any such information to third parties or
make use of such information for your own benefit or otherwise, however.

• You will not write, publish, review or post anything negative about your work and the
Company, directly or indirectly, on social media platforms, during your agreement and after your
expiry or termination of your Telecaller contract with the Company. Engaging or posting any kind
of negativereviews directly or indirectly about the Company or its affiliates, products/services,
brands, customers, partners, employees, management may lead to arbitration or civil suit or
criminal proceeding as deemed fit by the Company. My such act may also lead to a defamation
claim by the Company and you will be liable to pay a minimum sum of Rs 10,00,000 (Rupees Ten
Lakh Only) or as per the losses incurred by the Company or its affiliates, products/services, brands,
customers, partners, employees, management due to your post/views on the social media
platform. The decision of the Company in this regard shall be final. Such an act may also have an
impact on the final dues and settlement.

• You shall not reproduce, store in a retrieval system or transmit in any form or by any means -
electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, scanning or otherwise - any copyrighted material or
other Confidential Information, leads provided to you for tale-calling for your own benefit or for the
benefit of any third party, either during the term of your agreement or thereafter. Any such act
may lead to immediate termination and the Company may initiate civil or criminal suits as deemed
fit.

• Upon expiry or termination of your Telecaller agreement with the Company, you will return
and surrender to the Company, all such Confidential Information including without limitation,
data, information, files, books, magazines, reports, documents, manuals, audio and videotapes,
floppies and discs and any other knowledge database that came to you or were entrusted to you
in the course of your agreement term and shall not retain any copy thereof in any form
whatsoever.

▪ You may be required to execute such other or further agreements as the Company or its affiliates
or customers may regard, from time to time. Provisions of this paragraph will continue to be valid
and binding on you notwithstanding cessation of your Telecaller agreement with the Company. 'r You
shall not disclose to any public papers, journals, pamphlets or leaflets, or cause to be disclosed at any
time, any information or documents, official or otherwise relating to the Company or its subsidiaries
or affiliates, customers, sub-contractors or any other person or company has any kind of association
or relationship with the Company and/or its subsidiaries or affiliates, except with prior written
approval of the Company.

PROTECTION OF BUSINESS INTERESTS OF THE COMPANY:

(i) You shall never engage or encourage any disparaging or slanderous acts, comments or
remarks against the company, which may result in the erosion of the business interest or
the loss of reputation and image of the Company and or its business and affairs.
(ii) You shall never disclose any details about the Company and or its business to anyone
including your family members either by verbal or print media or in social networks
directly or indirectly. If found so, then the Company will take severe action against you
and may impose strictest penalties including fines, legal actions or imposing lifetime ban
to work in any reputed organization.

During the term of your agreement, you shall not, directly or indirectly, engage in, associate with or
have any a concern with any competitor of the Company or undertake any activities which are
detrimental to the interests of the Company or could result in any gain, benefit or business
advantage to any of the competitors of the Company.

▪ You shall not join any organization that the Company or Its affiliates or brands or products are
working with either as a customer or as vendors or suppliers or telecaller or as an employee. Any
such act, if come to the notice of the management, can lead to a breach of trust and civil or criminal
proceeding shall be initiated against you as deemed fit

TERMINATION OF SERVICE:
Your telecaller services are liable to be terminated without any notice or compensation in lieu there
for your act(s) of misconduct, loss of confidence, inefficiency, disloyalty or commission of an act
involving moral turpitude.

▪ Your telecaller agreement shall be terminated if you remain incommunicado (for not logging in 8
Hours per day) for a period of 5 working days or more. You shall be considered as having voluntarily

terminated your telecaller contract without giving any notice and will not be eligible for any
payment.

▪ The company can terminate you after giving two written warnings on poor performance or not
meeting the login criteria and on such condition, no salary will be credited.

Declaration:
I hereby declare that I have read and understood all the rules and regulations carefully and will abide
by the same in letter and spirit.
