GENERAL REGISTRATION
1. The Registration Committee is the official representative of the student organizers whom
shall attend to your inquiries, registration needs, and other communication concerns of
the delegates prior to the National Students’ Conference.

3. All communication activities shall be made through the aforementioned email address or
the 11th PSME Students' National Conference Group Chat.

4. To register for the 11th PSME Students' National Conference, register to this address:

5. In the ticket selection, the Php100.00 early bird promo will only appear for the first 1000
registrants. The regular registration fee is Php125.00.

NOTE: You may purchase up to a maximum of ten tickets per transaction.

6. Complete the required fields in the registration form on the webpage.

7. After filling out the registration form, save & finalize your registration details.
8. Choose a mode of payment.

9. After paying, take a screenshot of your proof of payment.

10. An email will be sent to you stating that your order has been processed.

11. A registration confirmation email will follow shortly.

12. Each participant shall have their conference page account be set-up once the conference
platform is open. XPERTO will send an email consisting of instructions a week before the
event.

13. Payment is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE.

Registration is until OCTOBER 7, 2021 only.

POOL REGISTRATION

1. For the pool registration, payment must be addressed and deposited to PSME National’s
bank account:

2. Upon completion of payment, a clear scanned copy (or photographed) of the proof of
payment must be sent to the official email address along with the filled-up Official Pool
Registration Form excel sheet.

NOTE: Ensure all information inputted on the sheet is correct to avoid errors in making certificates
and conference page accounts.

3. The email must contain the following format:

CC: email of delegate

Subject: [REGISTRATION] [SCHOOL NAME]

[FULL NAME OF REPRESENTATIVE] [POOLING]

Example: REGISTRATION UNIVERSITY OF SANTO

TOMAS JUAN DELA CRUZ POOLING

Body: Registration documents and proof of payment must

be properly attached. The name of the delegates must

be indicated together with their contact number

and email address (through the Official Pool

Registration Form excel sheet). Other concerns can

be raised here.

4. The Registration Committee will forward the documents to XPERTO, and they shall
confirm your registration through email and address your concern/s if there are any. Please
check your email regularly for updates.

5. Each participant shall have their conference page account be set-up once the conference
platform is open. XPERTO will send an email consisting of instructions a week before the
event.
6. Payment is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE.
