CAUSE & EFFECT : BALANCE WORK/OTHERS

-TL04/P.444 - N16

1. MAI CHI

Most of the citizens struggle to balance between their job and

other parts of lives. Because Since this imbalance creates many
disastrous impacts on both the physical and the mental health of
people, solutions should demand to address the problems.

On the one hand, the inequality between work and other

parts of life may portend grave consequences. Initially, it
may increase the risks to both the physical and psychological
health of workers. Because the workaholic people will not spend
time eating, relaxing, or sleeping, they will stick their eyes on
computer screens which produce headaches or exhaustion.
Moreover, the employees may not feel a sense of job or life
satisfaction; therefore, they will face an increasing level of stress
that relates to many dangerous diseases. Ultimately, suffering
from this imbalance for a long time, they cannot have time to
gather with families, hang out with friends, and more significantly,
they will isolate themselves from society.

On the other hand,a host plenty of resolutions should apply to

mitigate this issue. Firstly, the workers should schedule the non-
work activities into their calendar. For example, after finishing their
work, they should do exercise, go shopping, or other choices to
rejuvenate themselves. Furthermore, they should pursue the right
passion by working in a position where they are keen on,
accordingly working will become their pleasure. Lastly, if the
employers can encourage staff to take breaks at work, their
subordinates will appear better at their jobs because they are
more focused, less burned out, and more productive in the long
term.

In conclusion, the incapable of balancing work and life may affect

suffer not only the health but also the relationships of people;
however, the company and workers should cooperate to handle
this imbalance.

Even with increased effort, striking a work-life balance in

modern culture is becoming an unattainable goal. In my
perspective, this mismatch has devastating consequences in life;
thus,/ and thus/.Thus, remedies to difficulties should be found.
On the one hand, if we do not strike the right balance between
work and other aspects of life, we can face a slew of serious
array of repercussions. First of all, workers' physical and
psychological health may be jeopardized if we do not have an
appropriate work schedule. Workaholics, for example, do not eat,
relax, or sleep; instead, they gaze at the computer screen. They
will have headaches or fatigue as a result. Moreover, we will be
dissatisfied with their jobs and lives, resulting in increased stress
and stress-related illnesses. When we lose this equilibrium, we
withdraw from society. We no longer have time to spend with
family, friends, and so on, so our network of connections will
narrow gradually.
On the other hand, there are many measures that should be
adopted to address the aforementioned concerns. Initially, non-
work activities should be scheduled on our calendar. For instance,
finishing our job by 5 p.m., then do exercise, go shopping, or do
anything else to revitalize ourselves. Furthermore, we should
pursue our passions. Work becomes our delight when we are in a
position we adore. In addition, employees are encouraged to take
breaks at work by their employers. Workers perform better at
work as a result of being more focused, less burned out, and more
productive in the long run. Ultimately, family reunions should be
fostered with the help of extended family members rather than
nuclear family members.
In conclusion, persons who are unable to obtain a work-life
balance can have an adverse significant impact on their lives;
nevertheless, they should take the steps indicated above to
address this imbalance.

Nowadays, there are many people who only pay attention to work
without focusing on other things, while others do not spend time
on work. As far as I am concerned, although this problem leaves
many negative impacts on life and society, there are many
solutions to solve them.

On the one hand, not balancing work and other parts of life brings
significant harm. First of all, this problem threatens the health and
psychology of workers since people who are busy with work and
do not take time to relax and sleep are prone to burnout.
Moreover, lack of happiness and relaxation in life will lead to many
stress diseases such as social isolation, while not spending time
hanging out with family and friends leads to narrowing gradually
the network of relationship. On the contrary, if we do not focus on
work, it will adversely affect our future and career. Although
consuming time with relaxation or friends will help us to gain a
host of honorable memories and joys, we will lose work experience
and discipline to improve ourselves.

On the other hand, there are many solutions to this problem that
anyone can implement. Firstly, we have to make a specific
schedule for each of our days so that we know what we need to
accomplish during the day, leading to increasing self-discipline
and independence. Furthermore, to have a meaningful and
valuable life, we should do what we want since it will bring us
satisfaction and happiness. Ultimately, employers should provide
employees with relaxation time so that they have more energy and
motivation to work.

To wrap it all up, despite the fact that work and other parts
of life are equally important for its own sake. So the lack
of either one will bring bad consequences, but we can
apply many ways to balance them.

In conclusion, work and life balance is so difficult that not

many people attain this due to some particular reasons.
Anyways, some effective solutions should be proposed to
alleviate the difficulty.

In the contemporary world, many people endeavor to

balance the trade-off between work and other aspects of lives, but
only a minority achieves this balance. This imbalance entails
disastrous impacts, so some measures should be done to
address the problems.
On the one hand, balancing between work and other parts of
life portends grave consequences. First of all, this issue can
increase the risks to both the physical and psychological health of
workers. To be more specific, people who immerse in working
spend less time taking care of themselves and restlessly keep their
eyes glued to computer screens, thereby having headache, sore
eyes and exhaustion. Moreover, when people overwork to a
certain extent, people may lose a sense of job satisfaction and
therefore descend into a state of job obsession and stress.
Consequently, they could be indifferent and perpetuate to isolate
themselves from society. Ultimately, their network of relationships
will be detrimentally affected, for they disregard the time for
family gatherings and socialization.
On the other hand, some actions should be done to mitigate
the aforementioned problems. In terms of legality, government
should impose the employment laws regarding the rational time
frame employees work for and promotion. Furthermore,
employees are supposed to build a gymnasium or health center for
staff to strengthen their health and diagnose their psychological
problems if necessary. Another approach is encouraging the
people to take time out to have a rest as they feel overwhelmed
with work. Hence, before they resume work, they can have much
chance to discover themselves and enjoy leisure pursuits, so they
can be more focused, less burnt out and sustainable in the long
run.
In conclusion, work and life balance is so difficult that not
many people attain this due to some particular reasons. Anyways,
some effective solutions should be proposed to alleviate the
difficulty.

Nowadays, people attempt to stabilize their work and other

aspects of their lives. However, not many truly understand how
this lifestyle works. As far as I am concerned, I believe this
imbalance may have grave impacts not only on mental and
physical health but also on other factors. Therefore, the potential
solutions should be applied to tackle these adverse consequences.
based on these adverse consequences, the patients can
assemble the potential solutions for this trend.
Because of the imbalance's habit, those who are living with a
cluster of burden in work and life should know the disastrous
impacts that this trend can draw. Initially, in terms of
psychological health, the inequality between work and private life
may increase the risk of suffering from serious mental diseases
such as headache, exhaustion, or even worse, depression.
Moreover, lack of relaxation or sleeping after long-working hours,
workaholic people can experience fatigue, weight loss and so on.
Working life can also create tension in personal relationships and
in the workplace. For example, if a person is always working and
heavily stressed, he or she may not be able to spend time on
family activities , or an employee who is strained from a work-life
imbalance may easily lash out at other employees when
something triggers them on the job.
However, actions should be acknowledged in order to mitigate
the possible issues in imbalancing work-life habits. Firstly, setting a
non-working day in the week's schedule so as not to be
overwhelmed when it comes to leisure time. Furthermore,
pursuing the right passion for a job, working with pleasure and
interest is certainly needed since it will help to reduce the overload
and boredom in the workplace. People should choose to work from
home or working flexible hours sometimes so that they are able to
meet personal commitments in addition to work duties.
In conclusion, it is it's challenging to strike people who are
incapable of balancing work-life scales and may suffer from many
detrimental effects. However, when people can figure out how
having a work-life imbalance affects areas of their life, they are
likely to avoid the significant effects by the aforementioned
solutions.
