Alteraative Dlrpute Resolution ald Conplalnt Preveltio[ and prepare to meet the
varying and challenging needs in the workplace and encourage consciousness on the root
cause of disputes through proper stress management in t.Ile workplace.

3. Participants of this session are all Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel of the
Schools Division Office of Mandaluyong City.

4. Expenses relative to this webinar shall be charged against Division MOOE subject to
the usual accounting and auditing procedures.
