Server February 2020 -June 2020
Bush’s Chicken, Castroville, TEXAS
 I served customers by taking their orders, preparing their food, cashing them out, and bringing out their orders.
 I learned to work independently because each server did everything alone for each vehicle.
 I would also fill the local youth soccer club’s ice chest on Saturday mornings, so they would have ice for injuries.
 I learned customer service, how to handle customers, and how to work at a fast pace under pressure.

Sandwich Artist August 2020 – March 2021

Subway, Castroville, TEXAS
 I worked one on one with customers to build their sandwich, pizza, wrap, or salad to their liking.
 I worked my way up to being an opener and closer, which means, on top of opening and closing the restaurant, I
also made the cash deposits.
 I gained the trust of my manager to properly handle the cash, so I had access to the safe code, alarm system code,
and a restaurant key.
 I would go in alone three hours before opening to get the preparations ready for the day, this included baking
bread, opening the register, doing a morning cash report from the night before, setting up the food line, and
morning cleaning.
 I created connections with members of the community by remembering their regular orders. This made customers
feel special and would even put a smile on some of their faces.

Customer Consultant August 2020 – August 2021

A two Z Graphics, Castroville, TEXAS
 I met with customers to design their desired t-shirts, banners, decals, business logo, yard signs, and more.
 I designed multiple options for their work and communicated with them in person, over the phone, and through
email to ensure they were happy with the design.
 I also would do daily chores such as answer phones, rings up orders, clean up around the shop, and make material
deliveries and pickups.

I am currently involved and part of LSU Block and Bridle club as well as LSU’s Pre-Veterinary club. We put on rodeos as
