THANK YOU CARD MAKING COMPETITION

GUIDELINES:
1. Open to all Bona fide students of Hercor College. (Individual Category/ One entry per contestant)
2. This contest will be judged per department. Maximum of ten (10) entries only per department will be
accepted.
3. The content of the letter of appreciation can be in poetry or message
4. The artwork should be in long coupon size (8 ½ x 13).
5. The artwork must be in landscape and can be folded.
6. The card be pop-up, drawn and etc. (Height 1 inch if it is in a pop-up form)
7. Every participant must provide their own art materials needed for the competition.
8. Participants must submit a time lapse video showing the process of their output. (thru messenger of
the designated Contest Facilitator: Ryjane D. Avelino)
9. The photo of the output that will be submitted must be in a collage form showing the front and inside
content of the card
10.  All entries (photos of the card) must be submitted to the email address:
maprincess.madia@hercorcollege.edu.ph

CRITERIA FOR JUDGING:


1. Neatness- 10%
2. Content- 15%
3. Creativity- 25%
4. Originality- 30%
5. Visual impact- 20%
            Total = 100

PRIZE: Php. 250 for the student and Php. 250 for the teacher who will receive the thank you card (One
winner per Department)
