    Dear Mandie Payne:

    I am writing to express my interest in securing an Information Technology Internship at PepsiCo. After


    extensive research of your company, I am anxious to utilize my problem-solving skills with PepsiCo's
    emphasis on project coordination and data analytics in the realm of Information Technology.

    As my resume indicates, I am pretty familiar with the medical, business, and technology fields through
    my courses. By maintaining an understaffed pharmacy, I learned how to quickly problem solve
    pharmaceutical issues and create a calm environment in times of stress with anxious customers. Also,
    after working with college databases from my previous employer at Collin College, I realized that I had a
    passion for utilizing technology in the workplace. After recognizing my love for computers, I started to
    only work with jobs that needed me to handle anything software-related. I told my boss at Collin to give
    me any tasks related to IT, even if it was outside of my work requirements. Thus, I learned how to fix
    student email addresses on the universities website and create an online module for incoming first-year
    students. The more tasks I completed, the more I wanted to master this field in all kinds of aspects. By
    beginning a social media presence via Facebook and Instagram, I expanded my basic information
    technology skills into business technology. Ironically, my admirations even took place in things I disliked.
    I have never been a fan of writing; however, I started writing posts about advancements in technology,
    such as Collin's free medical app CougarCare. I hope to continue diversifying my background in my IT
    adventures with the PepsiCo IT team.

    I am excited by the opportunity to contribute to one of the world's leading organizations while exploring
    my curiosity in the use of technology as a tool to transmit knowledge. I have attached my resume for your
