The MARS Pisowifi will be a general partnership organization with four (4) co-founders.

And
that the four owners will equally share all assets, liabilities, profits, and responsibilities within
the partnership. MARS Pisowifi is under the supervision of the four (4) co-founders who will
oversee all business transactions and activities. Ms. Galano as the financial manager will be in
charge of the financial affairs putting her skills to Provide financial reports and interpret
financial information to managerial staff to recommend further courses of action. ● Maintain
the financial health of the organization. ● Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
Ms. Fallarco, on the other hand as the marketing and network manager in which she will handle
the communication networks since she has made many connections already due to his previous
business venture so she is In charge of the marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely ●
Utilize successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from their generated
idea to execution. ● Evaluate & report performances of marketing campaigns, gain insights and
assess it to the business goals. Ms. Roda will be the station 2 manager, while Mr. Mamza will be
directing station 1; both are skilled at managing people and business operations. They will be In
charge of the cost estimates and preparing the budget of the materials. ● Monitors and
resolves system issues. ● Identifies and assess the possible opportunities to improve and
update the systems. ● Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding the MARS
Pisowifi customer service problems. ● Providing customers with the organization’s service
information. ● Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken. ●
Approves on the ongoing maintenance of work, purchasing of equipment etc.

With regards to our operating manager we will find a native in our target location in which our
vendo will be installed. And that the house that the vendo will be installed also the owner of
the house will be our operating manager. And he/she will manage all the daily business
transaction of our business and that if there would be any problems during the run of the
business he/she will directly report to the station operating maanger.
