 I became a shift leader here at this smoothie king by, being prompt to all my shifts, helping train others, and doing
my job efficiently and well.
 I often close the store by cleaning and pre-paring the prep for the coming days. I do this to make the shift easier
for the people after me and to keep the store running smoothly.
 I enjoy the interaction with costumers, and it has given me better people skills and problem-solving ability.

Work experience August 2020-August 2021

Panera Bread, Noblesville Indiana
 I was a manager at this location for a year. I worked with costumers and trainees, bakers, and cashiers. I was often
the closing manager and baked a lot of goods and helped donate pastries to local food banks.
 I managed this store along with 2 other managers. I often closed the store and oversaw new hires and getting them
trained and ready to be on the floor by themselves. I often worked with other Panera’s to network and hire as well.
 This job helped me work with people and come up with ways to teach and train people. I worked well with
everyone I met and found ways to teach everyone, so they felt comfortable doing the job on their own.

 I was a cook, server, cashier, and hostess here. I was also a trainer and worked 45-50 hours a week and did school
to career programs so I could work as much as possible to save money for college.
 I prepared food, served food, sat guests at tables and did cleaning duties as well.
 I worked very close with customers here as well, problem solving and preparing and serving food to others.
