Within this job I hope to gain as much firsthand experience as I can in the agricultural industry so that I’ll
be able to use that experience in the legal field of water rights and agriculture business. Being from
California I will bring to the table a different way of viewing the agriculture industry.

As an office assistant I am constantly improving on my people and time management skills
because in this job I had to organize what tasks I had and to complete them by my deadlines. As
well as interacting with other office staff and asking questions to complete my tasks.

JUNE – NOVEMBER 2018

STUDENT INTERNSHIP, JEFF DENHAM CAMPAIGN
During this unpaid internship I was able to improve my professionalism and speaking/phone
skills by calling registered voters in our voting district and asking them survey questions. As well
as recording and organizing data on Microsoft excel.

EDUCATION
MAY 2019
HIGH SCHOOL, RIPON HIGH SCHOOL
During high school I maintained a 3.8 GPA and graduated with a seal of biliteracy in Spanish. I
was a two – time FFA officer holding positions as Treasurer and Vice – President. As well as
achieving the FFA State Degree and being a CA State FFA Scholarship Finalist. I was also on my
high school volleyball team and received the All Heart Award.

ACTIVITIES
At Louisiana State University, I was involved in a peer mentor program that opened my eyes to Louisiana
agriculture. Being involved in the Ag Business club has put me with like-minded people and will allow me
to expand my understanding of agriculture so that I am able to give back to this community that has
given me so much to help fight and be a voice of reason in the fight over agriculture resources,
specifically water rights.
