emergency or crisis.

The diagram depicts the leadership paradigm known as situational

leadership, which refers to a school administrator's capacity to react to

changing circumstances. Nonetheless, new normal leadership arose as a

result of the extraordinary events that occur in the world. Although school

administrators used to adjust to these scenarios in their day-to-day

experiences as school administrators, they believe these events are distinct

and significant. They were expanded to be more digital in nature, particularly

in terms of communicating with their professors, pupils, and coworkers, and

many more, transitioning from a more traditional approach to one that is more

adaptable to the changes that the modern world requires.

The new normal leadership style is about adapting to changing

circumstances in order to maintain their commitment. The new normal of

leadership refers to being an effective educational decision-maker, which

indicates that a leader must be equipped to analyze students' needs and

make the best or least imperfect decisions possible. Finally, a new normal

leader is a diligent planner, starter, and vigilante. A wise decision comes from

someone who thinks clearly and acts clearly, where initiative is critical, as no

one dares to be caught off guard.
