INTRODUCTION

This proposal is dated and in effect as of 20​th​ December 2020 presented to ​Mr. Bivek​, hereafter referred
to as “Client”, by “Web Creation Nepal Pvt. Ltd.”.

Whereas, Web Creation Nepal Pvt. Ltd is a professional web designer of good standing; Whereas,
Client wishes Web Creation Nepal to create certain work described more fully herein; and Whereas,
Web Creation Nepal wishes to create such Work; now, therefore, in consideration of the foregoing
premises and the mutual covenants hereinafter set forth and other valuable considerations, the parties
hereto agree as follow:

E-COMMERCE
E-Commerce (electronic commerce) is the buying and selling of goods and services on the Internet,
especially the World Wide Web. In practice, this term and a newer term, e Business are often used
interchangeably. E-commerce is all about doing business online. In short, by implementing
E-Commerce, buyers and sellers save money, are online 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week, no traffic jams,
shopping crowds, carrying overloaded heavy shopping bags etc. Just more business, the easy way.
The online shop is based on extensive features and enhancement. We can give your online shop a

Order Management

● Various orders during a day are viewed and managed from the admin panel. Stock is also
managed as per the sales order.

Customer Management

● All the information of the customer is recorded. Example: no. of items bought, date and time etc.
This information can be controlled and viewed using the admin panel.
● Customer can sign up through facebook.com
● Customers can review & rate products (if enabled)
● Send e-mails or HTML newsletters to registered customers.
● Customers can get their prior order histories, check order status, etc all online
● Order receipts automatically e-mailed to customer
● Customers can search products using appropriate keywords.

Offer Management

● Special occasion related offers are provided. Example: Christmas, New Year greetings and gifts.
This is controlled by the admin in the admin panel.
