Activity 3: Writing a Memorandum

1. Schedule of synchronous classes of the ______ on the first semester.

2. The following regards with being a server in _________ schedule:

a) Monday = 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
b) Thursday = 10:30AM – 11:30AM
c) Sunday = 4:30PM – 5:30PM

3. Saturday and Wednesday might be the time for my appointment at the dentist at
exactly 12:PM – 5:30PM because of the location being in Quezon Avenue.

Regarding with the scheduling, the student thought about moving her service Monday
regarding the _______. She thought about moving the time from 11:00AM – 12:00AM to
be able to have enough time in listening the lessons and finishing quizzes. The
student’s schedule in I is on 9:00AM – 10:30AM so she thought of moving the schedule
of her Thursday service to 1:00PM – 2:00PM to be able to finish the quizzes for the
corresponding lessons.
The appointment regarding the dentist will still be the time and the student thought of
listening to the lessons throughout the journey because there will just be a little amount
of time left. The student was also tasked to do the laundry every Wednesday but she
rescheduled it to Monday because she doesn’t have synchronous classes there.
The schedules will be updated once the 1 st Semester ends and a new schedule will be
released. The schedule will be a bit different because the possibility of having a face-to-
face class is big.
