1.  “No Pain, No Gain” is half true and half false.

I agree, because nothing good can happen to a person without some pain.  That
is why you must realize that nothing will be handed to you – you must work for it. And if
you're in pain, it doesn't matter because if you work hard enough, you'll certainly earn
anything or achieve your goal. However, not anything you get or achieve has been
obtained by hardship; there are those who can simply obtain what they want, such as
when you invest money in the financial markets like bonds and stocks. There are also
previlege individuals who were born rich like the heirs of the business tycoon Henry Sy.
All his children made it to the top billionaires in the Philippine according to Forbes
magazine.

2.  Physical fitness is 30% exercise and 70% diet.

Yes, I agree that diet accounts for 70% of physical fitness and exercise accounts
for 30% of physical fitness. This means that, when it comes to improving physical
fitness and athletic performance, diet is more important than exercise. However, an
active lifestyle and exercise routine, along with a balanced diet, are the best ways to
have a fit body permanently. Eating a nutritious diet will help you develop the stamina
required to run a marathon or simply enjoy a recreational activity or hobby.

3.  “Strength does not come from the physical capacity. It comes from an indomitable
will.” – Ghandi

This Ghandi quote tells us that physical strength alone can not make the person
successful in achieving his or her best potential or capabilities. The person’s
determination to not give up, having a will that overcome failures and staying on course
until success is achieved, is what count most. For instance, Stephen Curry is not the
biggest, tallest, and strongest basketball player but he managed to dominate the NBA
arena nowadays. Similarly, our very own People’s Champ, Manny Pacquiao is small
and not the strongest boxer but he became the only boxer who won 8 division
championship.

4.  “Training gives us an outlet for suppressed energies created by stress and thus
tones the spirit just as exercise conditions the body.” – Arnold Schwarzenegger

I had heard a lot of testimony of people who achieved success in fields like arts and
sports. One thing is common among them, it’s not necessarily talent that lead a person
to success but it is training. Consistent and constant training count the most in skills
perfections and body conditioning. Whatever you do, don't consider training to be just
another task on your to-do list. Find an activity that you enjoy and incorporate it into
your daily routine. Physical training and exercise of some kind will help you relax and
become an integral part of your stress-reduction strategy.
5. “Your body can stand almost anything. It’s your mind that you have to convince.”

Even if you have the most condition body and most fit, you will still fail in any
endeavor once you have a weak attitude and mindset. Our thinking somehow create
reality. It shapes our future and it determines success and failures in our life. W hether
you think you can or believe you can't, you are right! There is nothing limiting you but
yourself and the tiny little voice of fear in your brain. So, convince your mind, and you'll
be halfway through achieving your goals.
