World’s Culture
World Literature is used to refer to the total of the world’s national literature and
the circulation of works into the wider world beyond their country of origin. Works of
literature from different parts of the world with written language is included in our
World literature even the publication of ancient text from cultures as diverse as those of
the Aztecs and Sumerians.
World literature is said to be the cultural heritage of all humanity. World literature
helps us understand the life of different people from all over the world and it is very
important to study. As a student this helps me see the world, people, places, things, and
events. The more we study, the more we are aware of ourselves and the world around us.
Reading and studying literature--whether prose, poetry, or drama--helps us to understand
the world around us and gives us insights into the human condition.
The formation of literature in different countries happened not at the same time,
which is connected with the emergence of writing and artistic creativity. Each nation`s
literature has its own artistic and national features.
