How To Make:
1) Heat oil, saute garlic, onion until fragrant.
2) Add carrots and chilies, stir until well combined. Cook until carrots start to wilt. 3) Add white rice, chicken stock and soy sauce, mix well. 4) Add onions and mix well. Remove and serve with fried egg.
