    Educational Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business Administration major in Accounting
    Experience Requirements : 3 years of relevant experience
    Training Requirements : 16 hours of relevant training
    Civil Service Eligibility : RA 1080 (Certified Public Accountant)
    Preferred Qualification : 1. With 2 years of audit experience on analysis of financial statements and ratios;
    2. With experience on preparation and analysis of performance metrics;
    3. With sufficient know how on the process of electronic collections;
    4. Must have a general knowledge in the overall function of the division;
    5. Must be willing to work under pressure; and
    6. Proficient in written and oral communication.
