Exercises on EDD, AOG and OB Scoring
 
Instructions: Compute for the OB score, EDD and AOG in the following situations. OB
score to be written as: G1P1(1111), EDD as October 29, 2020, and AOG as 4 weeks and
4 days. Please follow these formats when answering.
 

1. Katherine who currently pregnant came in the clinic today (October 29) for
her prenatal check-up. Her LMP is on the 27th of June 2020. Her OB history
revealed the following data: 1st child was born at 33 weeks AOG (died 2019
due to an accident), 2nd child born at 41 weeks AOG, 3rd child was an abortion,
4th child was a stillbirth at 39 weeks AOG, and 5th pregnancy was a triplet at 32
weeks AOG.

OB score: G6P2(2215), EDD: April 03,2021, AOG: 17 weeks and 5 days

2. Miranda’s LMP was last January 29, 2020. She came for check up at the clinic
last April 9,2020. Her first child was at 39 weeks AOG, 1 miscarriage, 1
premature at 33 weeks but died after 5 years due to cardiac complications.

OB score: G4P1(1111), EDD: November 04,2020 AOG: 10 weeks and 1 day

 
 

3. Chloe had her first child born at 40 weeks AOG. She had an abortion after her
first pregnancy. Her 3rd pregnancy was triplet born at 35 weeks AOG. She is
pregnant and her EDD is on June 10, 2021.Check up date is October 29,
2020.

OB score: G4P1(1113), EDD: June 10, 2021, AOG: 8 weeks and 0 day

4. Vicky is currently pregnant. She had her prenatal check-up last October 2,
2020. Her LMP was August 30, 2020. Her OB history is:

1 – 38th AOG                   1 – Triplets 30th AOG

1 – 37th AOG                   1 – 32nd AOG                                     
1 – Abortion                   1 – Stillbirth 42nd AOG
