REACTION PAPER

KIDS – Based on the video physical activities is must for the children, especially during this pandemic.
When we say physical activity, it means any bodily movement that results in energy expenditure.
Children at the age of 2 to 6 years old should accumulate at least 3 hours of physical activities every
single day. To achieve this goal, they need to do physical activities such as ball games, cycling, or
anything that uses physical movement. Physical activities help the kids to improve their social skills, to
have healthier body, stronger bones, and muscles, and it strengthens the learning ability of the children.
TEENAGERS – As we can see in the video, they are group of teenagers that has different lifestyle by
means of physical activity. 1st a boy playing basketball, a boy knows how to skate, a girl who loves
dancing ever since she was in grade school, the girl runner who want to burn calories that she eats and
lastly the boy who doesn’t love physical activities. I think the boy needs to walk when he goes to school
cause base on the video his house is near at the school so that he can have physical activity. Since they are
teenagers, they need to accumulate at least 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous activity every day. These
physical activities and exercises are necessary good for health for all teenagers.
ADULTS – Adults ranging 70 to 89 years old start decreasing the mobility to move. To move freely some
adults are performing moderate physical activities such as aerobics. This physical activity helps them to
reduce the physical mobility disability or simply means decreasing physical ability of the seniors.
Physical activities not only maintaining the mobility of an adult but also it is preventing the occurrence of
mobility loss. Base on the study adults or seniors who under go physical and health activities lessen the
risk of health problems, so they need to have physical activities so that they can live longer.
