Vellichor Publishing House is a type of business organization that is a Limited
Liability Company (LLC). It is a hybrid business structure that provides the limited
legal liability of a corporation and the operational flexibility of a partnership or sole
proprietorship. The Vellichor Publishing House is a corporate structure whereby the
members of the company cannot be held personally liable for the company’s debts or
liabilities.

Liability of the Owner

The Vellichor Publishing House is a Limited Liability Company which is a
business entity that help shield a business owner’s personal assets from the business
debts and lawsuit. Legal Liability Company is legally recognized as a separate entity. It
means that the owner of the Vellichor Publishing House is not personally liable for
business debts but the business is still belongs to the owner. Creditors of the
publishing house can only collect on their debts by going after the assets of the
