Que : Is the Straight2Bank platform secure?

Ans : Straight2Bank uses the highest level of security features available at present.. All communication
between your browser and Straight2Bank are fully encrypted using 128-bit SSL encryption and
authenticated with Standard Chartered's world class Global Trust Infrastructure that meets the global
standards.

Que : Do I need separate software?

Ans : No, all you need is an Internet connection and a Browser installed at your computer.

Que : Can I make payments to other Banks as well?

Ans : Yes, your payment instruction provided through Straight2Bank will be uploaded onto Bangladesh
Electronic Fund Transfer Network (BEFTN) and can be routed to the relevant Bank considering they
are under the same network.

Que : Do I need to be in the country while approving transactions?

Ans : No, you can be outside the country while approving transaction. All you need are your security
device and access to the internet.

Que : Can I log in using my Smart Phone?

Ans : Yes, you can. Straight2Bank app is available for free in both iTunes and Google Play Store. Just go
to ‘iTune’ or ‘Play Store’ and search with the term Straight2Bank, you will see the app with Standard
Chartered Logo.

Que : Can I download statements?

Ans : Yes, you will have 24/ 7 access to your Banking transaction and will be capable of downloading your
last 3 months’ Bank statement.

Que : I am not very Tech Savvy, is that a problem?

Ans : Straight2Bank platform is very straight forward and user-friendly. And, if you require further
assistance, our specialist will visit your office premise and introduce you to the system.
