Brief explanation of the For the first 2-3 days of orientation and training of the joining the organisation,
task assigned they shared us the training modules, which we had to go through and attempt
the tests for each concepts and techniques. I was introduced to the
Algorithmics’ sales and marketing strategies and learned about how I am
expected to perform. Explored the products and how Algorithmics target their
market to make optimum sales. The tasks assigned were daily calls, collect
database, find leads, help the company to generate successful sales for their
products, target right customers and digital marketing of their products.

Kirrak media is business partners for Algorithmics. Algorithmics is an


international school of mathematics and programming, they target the children

between the age of 5-17. The online courses offered by Algorithmics is coding
knight, digital literacy, mars academy and python start.

Brief explanation of The first step was getting to know the company, then learning about the
how the task was done products and positioning, followed by discovering the techniques and strategies
that will be used to make the sales. For training and orientation, the
organization sent the modules which was studied and tests for the products and
sales were given, I was asked to prepare my sales script which I shall be using
while contacting customers and making sales, a google form was asked to
prepare which was circulated among my contacts to see if anyone is interested
in buying the products. Primary and secondary data was used for marketing of
business. To find clients, digital marketing was helpful, advertising of products
on social media was introduced after the first week of introduction and training,
sharing flyers and posters on Facebook groups which are made for parents and
children keeping in mind the target market. In a week about 20 phone calls
were made and emails and messages on other social media apps were sent to
about more than 100 people per day.
Difficulties in meeting Few difficulties faced during performing the tasks are:
the current goals • To make successful sales we are asked to not disclose the price in the
beginning, due to which most clients show disinterest in buying the
products.
• As due to the current period of pandemic, where most parents are
lacking in their income, refuses to invest in the online courses.
• Most customers do not give proper response, due to which considerable
amount time and effort is wasted.
Task(s) for the next Tasks for the next fortnight shall be the same, that is digital marketing of the
fortnight products, making sales calls and generating sales.
