TERM & CONDITIONS
CONFIRMATION & GUARANTEED ATTENDANCE
All bookings are considered tentative until the present document is signed and endorsed with your company's stamp and a deposit
(as per quotation) is paid.
Upon receip of your deposit and this agreement signed by you, we will consider the agreement confirmed and definite.
The hotel reserves the right to release the tentative booking if no confirmation have been received on the deposite
Modification of the number of participants to be advise at least 7 (seven) days prior to the function, the billing will be based on the guaranteed
attendance. However, should the actual attendance exceed that of the guaranteed, billing will be revised accordingly to the actual attendance.

POSTPONEMENT AND CANCELLATION
A postponement fee of 25% of the total event cost of the intented function will be lieved should you postponed your function less than 10 days
prior the intended date.
The postponed event must be held with 3 months subject to availability, if the function is not organized within the stipulated 3 months , all paid
deposits will be forfeited by the hotel.
Cancellation less than 21 days prior to the intended event date, 25% of the total event cost will be charged
Cancellation less than 14 days prior to the intended event date, 50% of the total event cost will be charged
Cancellation less than 7 days prior to the intended event date, 100% of the total event cost will be charged
OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
Promotional materials and displays are prohibited to be displayed within the Hotel premises without prior agreement.
Should you intend to bring your own equipment or material/collaterals, kindly declare your items at our security post.
The Hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to any goods, property or equipment brought in the hotel
Outside food and beverage are strictly prohibited to be consumed within the hotel premises
The Check In time is from 14.00 and Check-Out time until 12.00
Extra bed is charged at Rp. 200.000 Nett per person per night
Rates are inclusive of 11% government tax and 10% service charge
