INTRODUCTION

The main aim of NGO Management is to manage the activity of an NGO

organization. The application will help
to manage the NGO members, Donors,
and NGO campaigns. The whole idea
behind the application is to manage
the Campaigns and Transactions details
of the donors or Fundraiser. NGO
Management is also a system meant
for candidates who wish to take up social work as their career or join a non-
government organization (NGO). The system includes Strategic
Management and Planning, Operational Planning, Communication,
Leadership, Fundraising and Project Management.

The main objective of NGO Management system is:

 To provide instant relief measures

 To choose volunteers having most relevant skills set for a career in this field
 To manage activities in a NGO
OBJECTIVE

This particular project deals with taking donations and arranging

fundraising events so that people could donate effectively and easily.
This program has been designed so, that:
The campaign network could be brought to speed
The donation could be received easily
The people interested in, a particular
NGO can contact them easily
The primary objective of this particular project
is:
The casualties could be kept at minimum
at a disaster struck area
The suffering of people could be reduced
as much as possible and be bare
minimum
This particular project also propagates the tasks done by a normal NGO like:
To propagate the need for tree plantation / pollution control and
environmental awareness.
To create the means for providing medical assistance to the people
suffering from diseases, especially for helpless people.
To provide help under health & nutrition services for women     and
children.
To provide help/shelter/facilities for old people, children and disabled
persons for their welfare.

SYNOPSIS
“NGO MANAGEMENT SYSTEM” is a web-based application developed for
managing various activities in a NGO. This particular project deals with taking
donations and arranging fundraising events so that
people could donate effectively and easily. This
particular project is independent software, not tied
down to anything or any group/individual, made to
keep the capital input at minimum

Mainly there are three categories of people logging

in the system 

Organization (Manager):-
Volunteers:-
3rd person (Donor or Fundraiser):-

# Let us understand the detail working about all the users and modules inside the
application.

These 3 individuals are required to sigh in with

their own details

For organization individual:-

ID & Password they got from the
central
For Volunteers:-
They sign up with their respective
Email
For any 3rd person:-
They can sign up with their personal detail or if they belong to an
organization they can use company Email

#The functionality of each of them, after logging in

to the system are as follows:

Organizer (Manager)
 Organizer can view users list (volunteer, donor).
Admin can view the fundraiser list.
Admin can add/delete/edit volunteer details, donor details.

VOLUNTEER:
Volunteers can get details about the purpose or description of the
fundraising event.
Volunteers will view the application.
Volunteers can see the review of any particular NGO

DONOR:
Donors can make online donations.

Donors can donate money as well can donate things.

Donors can fill the feedback form (Questions like what kind of suggestion
he/she want to give for improvement of NGO).

This online software will be conservative in nature:

survival items to the people who are willing to
donate for better

The existing system is tenacious and non-reliable as we don’t know that the
money we are donating is really reaching people in need

Some people are also unaware of NGO existence and can’t find it anywhere

This is where our proposed system steps in, it is a software which provide every
information related to an NGO, every nook and cranny
