 Things to know before boarding:

*All the vaccinations need to be up to date. Vaccinations need to be done :

Bordetella, Rabies, Leptospirosis, Dhppi.

*Anti-tick spot on is mandatory to apply at the time of check in. If not provided,
we will apply it(charges extra). Your dog will be checked at the time of check in and
if there are any ticks found, the anti tick treatment will be done at the expense of
parents.

*If the dog is on anti tick treatment, please provide the proof for the same(send us
a video while applying).

*If the stay is more than 15 days, the tick treatment will be done every 15days.
(Anti tick spot on, charges extra if not provided).

*To confirm the booking, you have to make a day payment (non-refundable) in
advance.

* Full payment has to be done in advance at the start of boarding.

* If the boarding is for more than a week, you can choose to make the payment at
the start of every week instead of paying the whole amount.

* You will be receiving two updates daily between 10am-6pm, if you want more
updates, it will be chargeable at INR25.00 each update.

* Updates will be either photos/videos as per our preference. Anything specific on

demand will be chargeable.

* Video calls are chargeable at INR150.00 for 10minutes (with prior notice).

 * Bathing is complimentary at the time of check out(if boarding availed 3 days or
more) except the daycare.

* We provide freshly home cooked meals mainly chicken & rice, If your dog is on
some special diet, you may provide it along or it will be chargeable.

*In case of medical visit, the expenses will be covered by the pet parent including
the transport charges.

*The pickup & drop services are chargeable if availed.

*The overnight boarding charges are based on 24 hours (e.g. 7am-7am). Beyond 24
hours, you will be charged for INR250.00 (till 4 hours). After that, you will be
charged for the next day.

*Service Charges beyond working hours pickup/drop(7pm-8:30pm) is INR250.00

*Service Charges beyond working hours pickup/drop(8:30pm-10:30pm & 5am-7am) is

INR400.00

*If the dog is playful, they may get minimal scratches while playing.

*The female dog must not be in heat.
