House Sitting – includes overnight stay

The holiday pet care I offer is a house-sitting service where I stay in your home, ensuring your pets
can keep their normal routine and stay relaxed in their usual environment. Please note this service is
based in Basingstoke and Oakley only. Parker’s Paws is fully insured and Pet First Aid trained.

house sitting I will be in majority of the time but there are occasions I may need to pop out briefly.

Day Sitting
This includes walks, playtime, feeding and lots of fuss.

Additional information

Pet Home Visits Cancellations:

Same day cancellations will still be charged in full. Please give 24hours
notice of any cancellations to receive a full refund.

House Sitting Surcharge:

Please note there is an additional £10 charge per booking from 1st June to 30th September due to
peak time.

House Sitting Deposit:

A 20% non-refundable deposit is included in your house sit booking. To secure your dates the
deposit must be paid in full, it is only confirmed once your deposit is paid. Acknowledgement of your
payment will be sent after the payment is received, confirming the booking.

House Sitting Cancellations:

A full refund will be issued, minus the deposit, if you cancel your house sit booking 7 days prior to
the house sit start date. Cancellations less than 7 days before the start date will be charged 50% of
the total price of the house sit booking. Cancellations 24hours or less will be charged 100% of the
house sit price.

Flight Delays Retuning to the UK:

If your plane is delayed returning to the UK and I am pet house sitting for you, please notify me with
any updates. Please have in place someone that could take over house sitting from me in an
emergency, as I will not always be able to extend my house-sitting dates due to other bookings. If I
am able to extend the house sit I will do, and payment can be settled once you are back in the UK.
