Resolution
Following is a summary on changes that were made for packing stations to work properly. 
 
1. The pack staging locations, i.e. PAWANPROCPK01-10, need to be setup 
    with -STG suffix.  In this example, the new locations are: PAWANPROCPK01-STG - 10-STG.
 
2. Need to create another packing zone.  OSTG was coded for a pack staging location. 
    OVRP was coded for packing stations.  This is move_zone_cd and location type. The movement 
    zone needs to be separate for pack staging and pack stations. Pack stations 
    in processing location of pack zone; forces to appear in movement paths.
 
3. The location master stgflg field (ship stage flag only), is not for 
    packing staging, and should be set to N for No. 

4. Location type attribute needs to be set to 4-wall inventory, check OSTG. 

5. Search Movement Zones, Pack Completion Zone for OSTG.  This has to be separate zone 
    for pick move creation records; increments on pick moves.  

6. Outbound - Pack Station - pack zone should be Pack Completion Zone. 

7. Workstation settings for Movement Zone should be set to WRKS (Workstations Logical). 
 
8.  If Ship Cartonization is enabled this will set load number.  This was turned off. 

9. Packing Station configuration for Outbound Cartonization was set to Sub-LPN. 

    This was changed to LPN. 

10. Pick Cartonization rules was changed to order number.
