More than 15 years of experience dealing with packaged / modularized equipment units and rotating
equipment in the oil & gas (onshore & offshore – fixed & floating) (PMT) Project Management Team,
construction, production & processing facilities, plant, LPP-LPG plant, coke cutting, petroleum refineries,
coal fire plant, naptka cracker plant, HPAL mining nickel plant, JH cement plant, combine gas turbine
plant, lube oil plant petrochemical and chemical industries, including power generation. Equally
experienced on piping routing & layouts – stick-built and/or modularized; piping components / materials;
material handling; and is also fab. construction on static equipment and HVAC systems. Experienced on
feasibility study, as well as doing engineering procurement, shutdown construction & commissioning
activities. Experienced on both brownfield and greenfield projects and have worked on major projects.
Experienced on oil and gas production facilities handling fluids with high H2S content offshore and

13.Responsible in erection and installation of process pipe lines, fire water pipe lines,
utility pipe lines, fittings, piping support and structural support, piping components,
piping equipment, in plant building structure and pipe rack structure.
14.Supervise, organize and plan activities to ensure smooth fabrication and construction
of structures within the stipulated schedule.
15.Review technical drawings and advise engineering of any discrepancies before
commencement of fabrication works.
16.Perform MTO and update progressively to ensure proper control of material
procurement and usage
17.Ensure that manpower is effectively deployed to deliver the products timely.
18.Resolve any technical problems or issues faced at the work site
19.Study and evaluate the work sequences and methods of the Department and explore
