 After reading the article, what are your insights or understanding of the relation of MS to
Industry Innovation and Infrastructure?
Management Science helps in identifying the key parts and weaknesses to come up with a
solution and decision that will improve the field of industry, innovation and infrastructure. It
enables the managers in the said field to measure and take into account information and data
that will be useful in designing an effective and logical decision making process and evaluation
of performance of the industry, innovation and infrastructure in the development and growth of
the economy.

 If you're the manager of an organization, how will you make changes work?
If I am the manager of an organization, I should understand first the changes that will occur
and determine the goals of these changes. Then, I should develop a plan and ask for
suggestions from other employees so that we will be able to brainstorm and create a more
reliable and effective plan for the changes to be implemented. Next, the developed plan should
be tested in order to know if the goals were achieved. Analyzation of the result and feedback
should be done so that if there will be problems, we would be able to provide solutions to further
improve. Lastly, if the goals of the changes that will occur have been met, then the finalized plan
will be implemented.
