Question to ponder on: How these classifications affect our interaction inside the community? Are
these classifications weighed tons of importance? Why or why not? Provide 3 paragraphs to answer the
said question.

God created us distinctively from our physical appearance, characteristics and personalities. And that’s
what we called diversity within us to the other person or human being. Our identities classified in two
category the primary or our inside identity that include our sex, age, race and also spiritual belief, while
the second is secondary the outer identity of ourselves include our work experience, languages, and
education. These classifications prove that there’s diversity within us, we have different identities that
develop us as a person. Our beliefs, tradition, and perspective distinct us from our fellow human being.
Diversity classified people living in community or country.
Acknowledging diversity allow us to gain experience and knowledge about others specially the people
that is different to us, in the aspect of culture, beliefs, and perspective. Living in a community that
having different culture, spiritual beliefs, tribes and other identities affect the way we live in a particular
community. It might be having a better living because of accepting diversity or it might difficult to have a
unity because of the difference identities or culture. In terms of interaction there’s a difficulty catching
up the way they talk and how their language was used. Therefore, there’s a difficulty, however if you are
willing to catch up and you are already acquiring their language as well as their culture because you are
living in the same community there’s no problem in interaction.

These classifications weighed tons of importance due to the fact that there’s many things to consider
especially how to accept diversity and that’s the reason why there’s discrimination and stereotyping
because of lack of knowledge in diversity. In this generation, we have to put in our minds that there’s a
diversity and being ignorant with that issue possibly put us in complexity and that’s not good. Accepting
diversity allow us having a better world or peaceful living.
