State of Agile Report 2021 released. The Report gives valuable insights how the agile 
transformation is progressing in the international Generali Group.

Apart from the PDF version of the document, we also created a slide deck with all 
the results in a presentable format. The full slide deck can be downloaded from the 
files section of the CoP.

Last but not least there is a "management summary" with the - from our perspective 
- most valuable insights available. This version is especially suitable if you want to 
share the main insights from the survey and you have not been granted much time 
to do so.

International Scrum Master Exchange

Due to a lot of competing activities in some countries, we 

decided to find a date for the first international Scrum 
Master Exchange in January 2022.

As you probably have some Scrum Masters in your country 

that are not (yet) members of this international CoP, please 
help us by already promoting the planned event in your 
country!

We will soon offer the possibility to "report" interested 

Scrum Masters in the MS Teams team which will then receive 
an invitation to the event at some later point in time.
Scrum Master Exchange - Germany

German Scrum Masters meet regularly in the last week of a 

month - dates alternate between Mondays and Fridays.

As many of the participants find it much easier to discuss 

their topics in their native language (German), the 
community agreed that German speaking Scrum Masters 
from other countries can participate as well.

Andreas Weiser and Zlatica Gregorova will join one of the 

next meetings and then gladly share their experiences... ;-)
