PART A – Micro Project Proposal
Title of Micro – Project
IMPLEMENTATION OF ERROR DETECTION AND
CORRECTION TECHNIQUES

1.0 Brief Introduction

When data is transmitted from one device to another device, the system does not
guarantee whether the data received by the device is identical to the data
transmitted by another device. An Error is a situation when the message received
at the receiver end is not identical to the message transmitted.
2.0 Aims of the Micro-project

This Micro-Project aims are

➢ Report on Implementation of Error Detection Techniques.
 The main aim of developing “Farm Management System Project” application is to
help farmers by providing all kinds of agriculture related information in the site.
 “Farm Management System Project” is web application which helps farmers to
share best-practice farming processes the farmers can sell their productions online
and the buyer can purchase various agricultural products online.
 Buyer can send purchase request to check the quality of the Agro product through
mails.
3.0 Intended course outcomes
a) Create and Manage database using SQL command.

4.0 Literature Review

1. HTML stands for Hyper Text Markup Language HTML Tutorial

(w3schools.com). It is a standard markup language for web page creation. It
allows the creation and structure of section, paragraphs, and links using HTML
elements (the building blocks of a web page) such as tags and attributes.
www.tutorialspoint.com/html/index.htm , www.hostinger.in/tutorials/what-is-html
2. If even parity is to be used, then a parity bit is added to make the total number of 1
bit even. Similarly, for odd parity the total number of 1 bit is made out by adding

2
the parity bits. If the number of errors introduced in the transmitted code is 2 or
any even number, then the parity of the received code word will not change, it will
still remain even on that case parity checking method does not detect the error or
error detection method will fail. So, this is the limitation of the parity checking
method.

5.0 Proposed Methodology

1. 1. First of all, we all discussed the concept & topic of our micro-project with
group members. 2. After that we divided the work equally amongst ourselves. 3.
We refer some books and notes to understand the topics. 4. And collected
information from book, notes and also used some internet sites. 5. After collection
of all important information regarding our topic we started to prepare the report on
it. 6. For making the write-up of our micro-project we used Microsoft office
software.
2. First, we will discussion with team members and guide about proposed title then
we will collecting required information required for this project.

3. After that collecting required materials and tools from websites, books and we can
refer computers from collage and notes. Then the system was developed using
technologies such as, TURBO C/C++ are used IN micro project.
4. Then we can go for printing work of the project after that we will go for
submission work of the project.

5. Then we can go for printing work of the project after that we will go for
submission work of the project.
