Additional Comments: Started with sanitation. Reviewed all goals and the splints effectiveness at home. Hanging a
picture requiring hammering a nail. Opening nail container. Problem-solving how to hold the nail and the hammer.
Assisted client by stabilizing the board plank. Client took 8 minutes to nail Showed adaptations. Client used scissors
to cut a small cardboard square with a slot to secure the nail in. Modified the hammer to increase leverage/
stability. It worked! Good joint problem-solving! It is obvious you do a lot of preparation! Tried a nail with a hanger.
The picture was of an antique car-the client’s passion!!!
