ANALYSIS

The text has the following features:

 Introduction: The subject is about the fun run, and the purpose
of the text was to lay out the plans for the Annual Fun Run.
Additionally, it mentions the main point of the proposal, which is
to raise money through the event.
 Background: The proposal addresses that the community enjoys
Fun Run annually. The families of the school know that the event
is for the school, its equipment and facilities. The event gives
options for the participants.
 Project Plan: This proposal would be for revision, as it lacks a firm
F. Developing mastery
and concrete project plan. Although there are stated objectives,
there is not much to justify why the event needs to be held.
 Qualifications: As the event was proposed by the supreme
student council, it seems fitting that they will be the organizers,
along with their teacher-adviser to help facilitate the event
planning.
 Cost and benefits and budget: There is an estimated total for
expenses; however, it does not mention specifically how much
each aspect will cost, as there is no breakdown of expenses. It
fails to show how the expenses will be for the event; meaning to
say, this will probably be for revision

(5 minutes)
The teacher will ask the class to summarize the discussion thru these
guide questions:
 Who is the intended audience for this proposal?
