TO: Maragondon Elementary and Secondary School Heads

Outgoing Maragondon Municipal Research Committee (MRC) Officers
School Research Coordinators
All Concerned

Please be informed that there will be a Virtual meeting-cum-Election of Municipal

Research Committee Officers for S.Y. 2020-2021 on July 02, 2020 (Thursday) at
1:00 PM via Google Meet.

As per Division Research Management Guidelines for S.Y. 2020-2021, the

following shall be strictly observed:
1. Incumbent MRC Officers shall facilitate the election of the following positions
for Municipal CARE:
President;
Vice President;
Secretary;
Treasurer;
Auditor;
PRO; and
Business Managers (2).
2. The MCARE officers shall be elected upon meeting the following
qualifications:
a. Candidates for the position of the MCARE president must have a
designation of at least a Head Teacher/Master Teacher.
Otherwise, he/she must have served as MCARE President in the
previous school year. School heads may also run for the position,
if they want to.
b. All candidates for the MCARE president and other positions must
have:
 Completed at least the required academic units in MA
Education (CARMA);
 At least 3 years’ experience in writing a DepEd research;
 Completed at least 3 DepEd researches; and
 Participated in at least 3 Division Conferences and 1
International/National/Regional Conference.
3. Re-election is allowed, provided that they meet the above criteria.

Participants to this Virtual meeting-cum-Election of Municipal Research

Committee Officers for S.Y. 2020-2021 are Elementary and Secondary School
Heads, outgoing MRC officers, School Research Coordinators and all concerned.
