PREPARATION FOR SUNDAY MORNING TEACHERS:

✓before Sunday – prepare the snacks, prepare the lesson homeworks and assignments (t.ken)

✓SUNDAY (teachers assigned):


8:30 - mag prepare sa room and everythingz
• Clean the room
• Prepare the TV, remote, speakers, laptops, videos, powerpoint for the story, HDMI cord, and all
• -social distancing ang arrangement sa chairs
• -sul'otan og clothe ang computers and gamit n t.beth and t.gervy
 prepare materials for crafts
• -mag memory verse tagsa tagsa sa last sunday's memory verse (Mish and T.Beth)
• -turn on the aircon (put a pail outside)
 prepare at least 3 electric fans and ext. Wires

✓9:50 time in (for students)


• Mish and T. Beth will take care of the students
• Memory verse time!

✓10:30am (or after the choir) – teachers will take over


PROGRAM:
• Prayer
• Singing
• Story time (actual)
• Crafts
• Short activity/practice songs for special number (optional)
• Snacks
 Adding of points/chips in the chart (while eating).. check their sunday school kit if complete
• Dismissal (don’t dismiss If the service is not yet done)
• Let the other kids help in cleaning
✓aftercare (Morning and Evening): sweep, mop, arrange the chairs, wipe the tables, mop with downy and zonrox
