INTRODUCTION

Our partnership is simply created for a vision which is to encourage certain individuals to
compete in the modern world of fashion industries with an economical value but is quite worthwhile for
its quality. This business plan was articulated to analyze the business itself and to prepare sych startegic
plans and actions for the possible negatives outcomes of the said study.

OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY


The objectives of the business plan are as follows:
a) To evaluate the effectiveness of satisfying the customers delight.
b) To know the capacity of the business itself.
c) To support the business to be sucessful and known all over the area.
d) To be able to know the existence and capacity of other competitors.

METHODOLOGY
Below are the different methods on how we conduct the study:
a) Chose an industry that captures our interest.
b) Gather secondary data about those existing businesses related to our chosen industry.
c) Observed the operations of those subsisting companies by gathering information about their
methods and processes.
d) Explicate, formulate the gathered data and information for the business plan output.

SCOPES AND LIMITATIONS OF THE STUDY


The study covers the four functional areas of the business plan namely marketing plan,
production plan, organizational and management plan, and finacial plan. It focuses on how our
company, Crochet Craze Enterprises, would conduct certain strategies, plans and methods to be a
subsisting and a well-known business in the corporate world.
