STEP 1:
TITLE PROPOSAL
The proponent(s) need to prepare the following document(s):

● Title Evaluation Form (Please fill up the TITLE AND PROPONENT SECTIONS
ONLY)
● Assignment of Research Personnel Form (Please fill up the COURSE CODE,
PROGRAM)
STEP 2:
SUBMISSION OF TITLE PROPOSAL DOCUMENTS
Email the SUBJECT TEACHER with the documents. Name the documents based
on the sample.
How to create a File Name: GROUP #_DOCUMENT NAME
● GROUP 1_RESEARCH AGREEMENT FORM_GATES (RESEARCHER
FAMILY NAME)
● GROUP 1_ TITLE PROPOSAL
● GROUP 1_ QUESTIONNAIRE
● GROUP 1_TITLE EVALUATION FORM
● GROUP 1_ ASSIGNMENT OF RESEARCH PERSONNEL
STEP 3:
TITLE PROPOSAL SCHEDULE VIA WEB-DEFENSE
The subject Teacher will create a schedule for title web-defense
● Subject Teacher will accept or reject the Title proposal
● Proponent (s) who failed the evaluation shall resubmit another proposal to the
subject teacher for evaluation.
● Proponent (s) who approved the title proposal shall continue working on their
paper
● The subject teacher will email the Title Proposal documents and class monitoring
to RPC
● RESEARCH AND PUBLICATION CENTER will respond through email the complete
assignment of research personnel
STEP 4:
ANNOUNCEMENT OF RESEARCH PERSONNEL ASSIGNMENT
The subject Teacher will inform the students via email, quipper, messenger, or
any flat form.

STEP 9:

Email the ADVISER, PANEL MEMBER 1, and PANEL MEMBER 2. Attach the following:

GROUP 1_QUESTIONNAIRE
GROUP 1_ENDORSEMENT LETTER FOR OUTLINE DEFENSE
GROUP 1_RECORDED OUTLINE PROPOSAL (youtube link)
GROUP 1_PPT FOR OUTLINE DEFENSE
GROUP 1_THESIS OUTLINE DEFENSE EVALUATION FORM (fill up the Research
Title and proponent(s) name part only. -2 sets: 1 for Panel 1 and 1 for Panel 2
Note: The paper is subject for EVALUATION. The PANEL MEMBER 1 AND PANEL MEMBER 2 will
respond through email with manuscript comments and suggestions as well as the thesis outline
defense evaluation form with the rating. Subject Teacher will collate the rate of the proponent
(s) and update the research monitoring form
STEP 10:
AFTER OUTLINE PAPER REVIEW (10 WORKING days)
Proponent (s) shall do the following:
● Create a summary of the minutes
● Edit manuscript based on the minutes
● Edit the questionnaire based on the minutes

STAGE 2: ROUTING THE OUTLINE MANUSCRIPT AND QUESTIONNAIRE VALIDATION TO THE PANEL
MEMBER 2 (5 working days)
Email the PANEL MEMBER 2. Attach the following after
editing the PANEL MEMBER comments and suggestions:
● GROUP 1_OUTLINE PAPER REVIEW MINUTES FORM
● GROUP 1_OUTLINE MANUSCRIPT
● GROUP 1_QUESTIONNAIRE (word file)
● Google Form Questionnaire LINK
● GROUP 1_LETTER FOR QUESTIONNAIRE VALIDATION WITH ADVISER E-SIGNATURE
● GROUP 1_QUESTIONNAIRE EVALUATION FORM (Fill up the Title of the study and
Names of Proponent(s) part only. 2 FORMS- 1 FOR PANEL 1; 1 FOR PANEL 2
Note: The paper is subject for EVALUATION. Once approved, PANEL MEMBER 2 will email
the questionnaire evaluation form with rating.

FILL-UP COMPLETION OF GRADES FORM AT DEAN’S OFFICE AND ATTACH THE FOLLOWING:
1. Outline Evaluation Form (Panel 1 and 2)
2. Questionnaire Evaluation Form (Panel 1 and 2)
STEP 14:
DOCUMENTS NEEDED BEFORE DATA COLLECTION (5 WORKING days)
Email the ADVISER. Attach the following:
● GROUP 1_LETTER FOR THE CONDUCT OF THE STUDY
● GROUP 1_WAIVER/ PARENT CONSENT_GATES (RESEARCHER FAMILY NAME)
Note:
Parent Consent must also be signed by your Adviser (as Faculty-in-charge)
The ADVISER will email the letter for the conduct of the study with
e-signature.
STEP 15:
STAGE 1: ROUTING THE LETTER FOR DATA COLLECTION TO RESEARCH AND PUBLICATION OFFICE
(5 WORKING DAYS)

Email the ADVISER. Attach the following:

● GROUP 1_MANUSCRIPT
● GROUP 1_EVIDENCE DURING SURVEY (email responses, pictures etc)(word file)
Note: The paper is subject for EVALUATION. Once approved, the ADVISER will email the
endorsement letter to the statistician/ analyst with e-signature.
STEP 19:
STATISTICIAN OR DATA ANALYST (5-10 WORKING DAYS)
Email Statistician/Analyst. Attach the following:
● GROUP 1_MANUSCRIPT
● GROUP 1_QUESTIONNAIRE FORM (word file)
● GROUP 1_TALLY (EXCEL, WORD FILE)
● GROUP 1_STATISTICIAN/DATA ANALYST CERTIFICATION
● GROUP 1_EVIDENCE (EMAIL RESPONSES, PICTURE, ETC)
● GROUP 1_ENDORSEMENT LETTER TO STATISTICIAN/ ANALYST
STEP 20:
ADVISER EVALUATION OF FINAL MANUSCRIPT (5 WORKING DAYS)
Email the ADVISER. Attach the following:

● GROUP 1_ FINAL PAPER REVIEW SUMMARY MINUTES FORM
● GROUP 1_FINAL MANUSCRIPT (edited based on the final defense minutes form)
● GROUP 1_TURN IT IN FORM
STEP 25:
STAGE 1: ROUTING FOR FINAL MANUSCRIPT (3 DAYS)
Email the PANEL MEMBER 1. Attach the following:
● GROUP 1_FINAL MANUSCRIPT
● GROUP 1_MINUTES
● GROUP 1_TURN IT IN FORM WITH ADVISER E-SIGNATURE
Note: The paper is subject for EVALUATION. Once approved, the PANEL
MEMBER 1 will email the turn it in form with e-signature.
STEP 26:
STAGE 2: ROUTING FOR FINAL MANUSCRIPT (3 DAYS)

Note: RESEARCH AND PUBLICATION CENTER will email the CERTIFICATE OF PLAGIARISM
REPORT. The turn itin threshold percent 25%-below. and if passed, the rpc will sign the routing
form
For final plagiarism test result is above the threshold 25%, the
Proponent (s) will pay Php 500 per test until the manuscript will pass the threshold
percent.
STEP 28:
FINAL MANUSCRIPT FOR GRAMMARLY (5 DAYS)
Email the ADVISER. Attach the following:
● GROUP 1_FINAL MANUSCRIPT
● GROUP 1_APPROVAL SHEET
● GROUP 1_ROUTING FORM
Note: The ADVISER will email the manuscript, Grammarly result IN WORD FILE and
Grammarly Report in PDF FIle , and approval sheet with e-signature and routing form (adviser,
Editor) w/esignature. GRAMMARLY CERTIFICATE (GRAMMARLY REPORT IN PDF FILE)
STEP 29:
