Study
Subject Orientation
Research Project/ Feasibility Study is a subject that culminates the
subjects Practical Research 1 and Practical Research 2. This
subject is purely performance-based which means that your final
grade will be based on the written manuscript, final defense, and
your collective work as a group.

For the rest of the semester, much of your time will be devoted in
conducting your research study (from planning the topic until
completing the manuscript), although there are still some lessons
that will be injected.
Several guidelines to follow:
1. The class will be divided into 7 groups. Each group should have a group leader and a
focal person for every learning area. The focal person shall see that the group members
are doing their assignments. There shall be only one focal person per learning area. No
focal person shall be assigned in two or more learning areas.
2. The focal person is in-charge of the reporting of the accomplishment of the group during
the online classes. He/ She is also responsible in submitting the output of the learning area
assigned to him/her.
3. Every week, your progress will be checked through a score sheet given to the leader and
the members of each group.
4. Honesty and Integrity should be observed when evaluating your classmates.
Confidentiality of your evaluation is a must. When you are caught sharing
your evaluation scores to your classmates, you will be given point
deductions.
5. After accomplishing a learning area, the group is tasked to submit their
evaluation forms individually.
6. Submitted outputs are encoded. Follow the format to be included in the
output.
7. For the evaluation, follow the same format. Always include the learning area number
and group number.
8. For the ABM students of NDI, soft copy of the evaluation and output shall be sent on
my Gmail account ramosmargilyn@gmail.com Follow the name format of the file.
8. The role of the leader is to check the work of the members and their
attendance during online classes and manuscript writing. Prepare a
checklist for the attendance.
9. Another task of the focal person is to present the output of the group
during the online class.
10. The group leader and focal person assigned should collaborate.
Unexpected problems should be addressed properly.
11The submitted outputs will be returned after checking. This is for the
purpose of editing the final manuscript.
12. After finishing all the learning areas, prepare for an oral defense.
13. For every learning area, a format and the rubric will be given.
Research Topic
Any easy topic that falls under your
strand. It must be a descriptive,
evaluation OR survey research.
