partnership. They are to administer and manage the business together. Any decisions to be made in
this company are to be agreed by the 7 partners.

Duties and Responsibilities (Simplify this into table/ columns)

The CEO is responsible for all day-to-day


CEO management decisions and for implementing the
company’s long and short term plans. The CEO acts
as a direct liaison between the board and
management of the company and communicates to
the board on behalf of management.

The finance director has overall control and


responsibility for all financial aspects of the
Director of Finance company. He/she is also expected to analyze figures
and implement recommendations based on these
findings, with the most profitable outcomes.

The sales director is responsible for crafting


Director of Sales national or international sales plans, justifying
those plans to a board of directors or CEO, and
supervising regional sales managers to ensure that
they are leading and mentoring their teams
successfully.

duties and responsibilities, including
managing and overseeing product, pricing and
distribution strategies, and participating in

smooth and profitable operation of a

staffing plans, compensation, benefits,

relations.

Business Experience and qualification of the entrepreneur

 A business administration degree


 Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and management at a senior level, preferably
with experience in the not-for-profit sector
 Significant experience in the ability to lead, manage and work collaboratively in a team
environment, contribute to and encourage a culture of team work and service delivery and
take a shared responsibility for achieving results
 Experience supervising and managing a professional staff.

Qualification of the Entrepreneur and office personnel


 The office staff should be well groomed in clerical occupations with good understanding
of office management practices.
 She/he should at least be a college degree holder
 She/he should have technical and social skills needed for the job.
