DAILY MAINTENANCE PROCEDURE


1. Inspect each compressor and Record findings in log book
(a) Discharge Pressure (Max. 1.9MPag)
(b) Discharge temperature (Max. 160 degree C)
(c) Suction Pressure (Max. 0.5 MPag)
(d) Suction Temperature (Min. -32C)
(e) Oil Pressure (Min. 0.15 MPag – Max. 0.4 MPaG)
(f) Oil Level
(g) Elapsed or Run Time hours
(h) Coupling
(i) Hoses
(j) Electrical Couplings and Connections
(k) Guards and Covers
(l) Oil added (always record in the logbook)
(m) Rotate oil filter strainer (cuno filter) – 2 full turns (if needed)
2. Inspect all pumps and motors and record findings in log book
(a) Ammonia Pump Pressure
(b) Ammonia Temperature IN
(c) Ammonia Temperature Out
(d) Surge Drum Tank Level – Tank for -32°C
(e) Intercooler Tank Level – Tank for -9°C
(f) Water Level

3. Inspect and Record temperatures in log book


(a) Refrigeration System Temperature (SCADA DEAMON )
(b) Refrigeration Room Temperature (SCADA DEAMON)
(c) Refrigeration Room Temperature (Analog) `
4. Inspect Condensers and record findings in logbook
(a) Motor
(b) Fan
(c) Pump
5. Inspect Receiver
(a) Drain oil following proper oil draining procedures
(b) Compare logged consumption with the amount drained out. They should be equal
(c) Record in log book
6. Test and inspect exhaust fan to ensure it is operating and record findings in log book
