USAGE
Used to eject the rock sample from the rubber jacket , avoiding to empty the confining fluid.
Supplied without adaptors to be ordered separately.

This appliance is for the exclusive use which it has been conceived for.
Any other use is considered improper and therefore negligent.

IN FUNCTION - USE
To use the extruder follow the instructions hereinafter described:

1. Position the plate D (an accessory that is not

supplied with the equipment) into the cavity placed
on the extruder flange A.
2. Put the cell on the two supports B and adjust the
screws placed on them.
3. Make sure that the cell fixed on the supports B
leans on the contrasting plate D with one of the two
edges.
4. Screw the plug C (an accessory that is not supplied
with the equipment) on the end of the rack E as
shown in the picture.
5. Spin the lever F until the plug get in contact with the
cell; keep on spinning the lever until the specimen
has been extruded.

RICAMBI E ACCESSORI
For a correct use of the equipment the extruder requires an adaptor (composed of a contrasting plate and a plug) that
have to be appropriated to the cell to be extruded.
The adaptors are not supplied with the extruder and have to be ordered separately.
