COMPUTER GUIDELINES:

Network
1 Only authorized users can use the Company's network and computer equipment.
No alternative network shall be created or used by any employee. Alternative network is defined as any wired or

wireless network or sub network.
It is prohibited to attach a computer that is not company's property to the network either wired or wireless without

permission from authorized personnel.
4 Altering and deleting files over the network is prohibited without permission.
Workstation/Computer Use
1 All employees are prohibited from installing any software on any computer unless authorized.
2 Only authorized employees are allowed to use internet.
3 No computer unit shall be moved or opened unless with a documented approval.
4 Attempting to alter or damage computer equipment and software configurations is prohibited.
5 Playing computer games at any time within Company premises shall not be allowed.
6 Bringing of PSP Play Station, Game Boy and other electronic gaming devices shall not be allowed
Bringing of personal computers like laptop, netbook or any computer devices inside the company is prohibited without

approval.
8 Disrupting, provocative, or annoying background images in desktop and gtalk shall not be allowed.
Disk Storage

1 Any of the following devices (computer peripherals and storage devices) are prohibited from being brought inside or
outside the Plant premises without approval from HR/OD:
1.1 CD/DVD Disc or Player
1.2 Flash/USB Drive
1.3 Memory Card ( Mobile Phone, Digital Camera, Portable Hard drives & other external storage devices)
