• In the Organizational Behavior, the Leadership plays a significant role in an organization. An ideal
leader can lead any organization to the success. There are many qualities that an ideal leader
must have.

• We will be focusing on the two leaders &

their leadership style: The National leader,
Abdul Hamid for his strategic leadership style
and International leader, Elon Musk for his
Transformational Leadership Style.

• Strategic leadership is, managerial and visionary. These leaders base their decisions
and actions on their beliefs and values, and try to share their understanding of a
desired vision with others in the organization. MD. Abdul Hamid is known for his
strategic leadership for his vision of “Digital Bangladesh”.
• Transformational leadership is a style of leadership where a leader works with
subordinates to identify needed change, creating a vision to guide the change
through inspiration, and executing the change in tandem with committed members
of a group. Elon Musk is an ideal leader of Transformational Leadership style.

• Inspirational Motivation: The foundation of transformational leadership is the promotion of consistent
vision, mission, and a set of values to the members. Their vision is so compelling that they know what they
want from every interaction
• Intellectual Stimulation: Such leaders encourage their followers to be innovative and creative. They
encourage new ideas from their followers and never criticize them publicly for the mistakes committed by
them.
• Individualized Consideration: Leaders act as mentors to their followers and reward them for creativity and

After analyzing the both leadership skills, we have come to believe that Elon Musk is the best leader
because of his enthusiasm, adaptability, problem solving & leadership skills.

A great leader must have a vision and it is not about just knowing where you are but also where you
want to be. And Musk fits that bill perfectly. From his first investment in Internet banking to his
