CURSIVE OFFLINE WORK RULES

Project Rejection Criteria:-

 If some software is used in Typing or checking the content then the ID will get blocked. Once the project gets
closed after that you cannot get any more projects.
 If you don’t submit the work in given time, then the project ID will be blocked. After that no legal documents will
be valid or accepted.
 The structure of Project file must be according the rules of Company .If some other work or page is trapped in
that folder then the ID will be closed.
 Do not mail or message on the given Email Id of Company, if you do so the ID will be blocked.
 If all the pages of given project are not completed in a given time, then also the ID will be blocked. If you do not
follow the above given rules, the ID will be stopped up.
Company's Rule:-
 Typing must be done in only Notepad and that also with the Font Size of 22 and Times New Roman Font, if any
other font is recognized or any other software is used then, ID will get blocked.
 Each and every line of Notepad must match the Image file.
 In Image file, wherever there is end of line it should be the same in Notepad file.
 If there is a space in creation of line then, it is not enforced for you to leave a space. But all the lines must be in
Left Alignment format.
 Once your work gets completed, you should create a zip file of Image and Notepad combined and then forward
it to the Company’s Id. If the file is not sent in such format then the company will not accept the file and your ID
will be closed.
 Your submission time cannot be extended then the given time. Also after the registration is done no other legal
consequences will be taken in consideration.
 The QC report provided by the company must be accepted by the customer.
 Once you pay the registration fees it is not refundable again also the new work will in no way be provided.
 Every person requires 30 to 45 minutes to type a page and 15 minutes to check it. So you will require 8 hours to
complete a work. Many people after starting the work or getting the QC report complain that the time provided
was not sufficient, this is not acceptable.
 The person who has taken work the company will only consult with him/her only, not with any other relative or
any friend.
 In all circumstances, the final decision will be of Company.
 Counting in the QC report will be done on the basis of Accuracy Criteria. If Accuracy is less than 90% then first
time rework chance will be given and again after that chance, if the accuracy is less than 90% than the ID will be
closed. That customer will not get any further work and also the deposited will not be refunded.
 Randomly, 2 to 3 pages will be checked from the completed work and not all.
 After rework the customer having accuracy of 97% - 100% will get the full payment. Only first time the rework
will be given and further if the accuracy is less than 90% the project Id will be blocked. That customer will never
get any further work from the company also the deposit will never be refunded and no evidence will be taken in
consideration.
 For illustration, in 50 and 100 pages if only 4 mistakes are done then rework will be given and further after
rework if more mistakes are found than the project will get terminated.
 Jurisdiction will be done by Vadodara Court.
 Above all rules are read and understood by me. I _____________ agree that all rules are accepted by me. I am
responsible for the completion of Project work and also if in case the work is not completed then also I am only
the responsible person. Even I accept in such circumstances the deposit is not Refundable.
