GENERAL NOTES:
1. The contructor to check all dimensions on site, figured dimensions are prefered to be read out.
Any queries arising should be referred to the Designer before commencement of work.
2. PV/O denotes permanent vents to be provided to all the external Windows & Doors connecting
the rooms internally.
3. All external Doors & Windows are to be supplied with louvers except internal Doors which
should carry fine light glazing unless or otherwise as indicated.
4. Provide 1000g polythene sheet damp proof course under all structural walls and 1000g
polythene damp proof membrane on 50mm selected quarry dust blinding throughout the
structure incase of any threats.
5. All reinforced concrete and columns,beams, wall, and structures should be in accordance to the
