C: Well, you see… we don’t actually have the budget for a family suite room plan, so if there are
no available family rooms, then we can end this call.

R: I am pleased to inform you, that our hotel, are offering this month of November a 40%
discount if you will book a room with us for Three days and Two nights. And a 50% discount if
you will book a room with us for four days and three nights.

C: If there is any... complimentary breakfast on top of that discount… then will take the deal

R: Unfortunately sir, this discounted plan does not includes a complimentary breakfast

C: aw… that sucks, but we’ll still take the deal
