Instructions to the Candidates:

1. Bring Demand Draft of full Tuition Fee of the desired college.
2. Bring all original documents as per notification.
3. Bring NEET Score Card.
4. Bring Identification Proof.
5. Bring Previous Online Registration Printout (if any).
6. Follow COVID-19 protective measures like mask, sanitizer, social
distancing, respiratory etiquettes etc.
7. Bring 2 photocopies of self-attested certificates.
8. Bring 4 passport size photographs.
9. Application Form is available on website (www.skau.ac.in) separately for
BAMS & BHMS course. Interested candidate can download the form and
fill in advance to save time.
10. Bring affidavit, format of which is available on website (www.skau.ac.in).
It has to be submitted compulsorily for the colleges mentioned in Red
Color.
11. Be on time and maintain discipline.
12. Only 1 guardian with the candidate will be allowed inside the premises.

 Terms & Conditions for Mop-up Round Counseling
1. Hon'ble Delhi High Court vide interim orders dated 24/02/2021 in the W.P. (C)
2334/2021, 2339/2021, 2342/2021, 2347/2021, 2343/2021 to participate in the
ongoing counseling process subject to the outcome of W P. (C) filled by the
concerned Institutions/Colleges. The names of colleges with seats are mentioned
above in Red Color.
Further in compliance of the direction of Hon'ble Delhi High Court it is required that
all prospective candidates/ students have to submit an undertaking/affidavit in
writing that their admission will be subject to the final outcome of writ petition filed
by the respective institution/College as mentioned above.
2. The candidates will have to deposit the tuition fee in the form of DD in the University
in favour of Registrar, Shri Krishna AYUSH University, Kurukshetra as
mentioned at point no. 4 of the Tentative counseling Schedule, failing which his/her
admission shall stand cancelled.
3. The personal appearance of the candidate is mandatory.
4. Any order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court / High Court / Amendments by the State
Government / Government of India, Ministry of AYUSH /CCIM shall be applicable
at any stage.
5. Candidate should attain age of 17 years on or before 31.12.2020.
6. All documents must be produced in original along with two sets of self-attested
photocopies and four Passport size Photographs. In case the students already
deposited the original document in any other institute then, he / she have to produce
the receipt of that institute regarding documents with an undertaking to submit the
original document within a stipulated time as decided by the counseling Committee.
7. If any discrepancy/false statement in the documents of the candidates found therein
subsequently at any stage, his / her admission shall stand cancelled. The fee will be
forfeited and seat will remain vacant.
8. Any admissions made by any private BAMS/BHMS institutes including those under
private university in the state at its own level shall not be valid and such admission
shall be considered as null and void.
9. College concerned will verify all the document of the student with their sole
responsibility.
10. If any dispute / issue arise, in this regards the decision of Shri Krishna Ayush
University shall be final.

The procedure of admission for Physical round will be followed as under:

University has received the orders from Hon’ble High Court Delhi/ Govt. of India,
Ministry of AYUSH, about the vacant seats of above mentioned colleges and as there are
vacant seats remained after the 2nd Mop-up round of the above mentioned colleges, such seats
will be filled up during the Physical round of counselling.
a.) Fresh registration shall be allowed for participating in the Physical round. Fresh
candidates will have to register themselves in the University along with the
necessary registration fee mentioned in the notification of Govt. of Haryana. The
candidates are advised to regularly visit the website of Shri Krishna AYUSH
University, Kurukshetra- www.skau.ac.in, for updates.
 b.) The candidates, who have already joined the allocated seats in any institute after 1st
or 2nd or 1st mop-up or 2nd mop-up round cannot participate in this Physical round.
c.) The candidates, who have already registered themselves in 1st or 2nd or 1st mop-up
or 2nd mop-up round of counselling, shall not be required to register again.
d.) The choice/preference of the course/institute will be taken from the candidate in
front of admission candidate & will be given according to the availability of the
seat. The allotment of the course/institution shall be made strictly as per merit
prepare/drawn on the basis of merit of NEET-UG-2020.
e.) If a candidate does not deposit the requisite amount (Registration and Tuition Fee)
then he/she shall not be eligible to participate in the Physical round of counselling.
Important Notes:
1. No fresh registration to be done by already registered candidates and no fresh
registration fee to pay.
2. Fresh candidates have to do registration and shall have to pay registration fee as per
notification.

1. Fee structures of all the colleges have been mentioned in the page no. of 6 – 8 of
Govt. of Haryana, Health & AYUSH Department Notification No. 1/21/2018-
