12 when we
conduct our OJT
at the restaurant
because I saw our
manger deal with
costumers that’s
why I learn it to
her.
Detail oriented For me yes I gain
this because I
know how to
interact with
others especially
when it comes for
those important
things and
person. My uncle
teach me to
manage their
canteen and
appreciate those
 important things
related to your
business.
Leadership skills When we have
OJT in restaurant
our manager
teach us to be
always good to
your co-worker
and costumers
because they are
the one who
always help to
your business to
become
successful so we
have to treat them
good and always
respect them.
Organizational skills I learn this kind of
skills when I were
in my uncle, I saw
how he manage
well his business
and how he talk
to his people in
canteen and also
to his costumer
and I can say that
business thing is
for him.
Physical stamina I gain this skills
because of my
experiences in our
OJT wherein we
serve our
costumer right,
we don’t sit
because we serve
our costumer
always because
there are lots of
costumer every
minutes, I also
experience eating
 my lunch late.
Those experiences
help me to acquire
this skills.
Problem-solving skills I think to gain
this kind of skills
is to trust
yourself, think
positive that you
can do it because
sometimes this is
my problem.
Speaking skills To gain this skills,
I should not be
shy to people
when speaking,
have self-
confidence and
practice speaking
in front of other
many people.
Because
sometimes I feel
shy when I am
speaking to many
people because I
think what I say
is always wrong.

1. At your age do you think you can already manage a school
canteen/cafeteria/catering service? Why?

For me, I don’t think I can’t manage a school

canteen/cafeteria/catering service because those skills that I have
is not enough for me to manage my own business for now, but I
am willing to learn and have a new experiences that will help to
gain those skills that I don’t possess.
2. Have you experience any managerial experience in school or at
home? Explain when did it happen or what you have observe to
those who manage the business if you don’t have any experience.

No, based on my observation to those who manage their

business. They possess those who manage their business, that’s
they become successful. I observe also business they always says
that it’s hard to run a business, small profit that’s why don’t
success.
