GS series cone crushers do not require the use of
backing material for liner fixing. This makes liner
changes quick, easy, and cost effective.

Robust Frame
GS Series cone crushers are rugged, mining duty crushers
made from high strength cast steel casing, Forged shaft,
and superior copper alloy bushings.
According to the principle of lamination crushing and the
features of chamber wall wearing,the shape of the cone
crusher chamber is designed as curve, to obtain large
productivity, high quality and less wearing cost. Crushing
surface consist of wear resistant mantle and concave liners
made of high grade manganese alloy steel.
Easy adjustability & high performance
Several Stroke options allow GS cone crushers to
maintain maximum crushing efficiency in varying crushing
applications.
The steep head angle in secondary GS cone crushers
guarantees trouble free operation in varying feed

Advanced Reliable hydraulic lubrication system
GS series cone crushers are oil lubricated with help of
dedicated external lubrication & Crusher setting system
comprising of high quality premium hydraulic components
from OEM’s like David Brown,Bosch,Parker hydraulic and
Mahle filter housing with robust design and an operator
friendly one touch CSS adjustment switch.
Due to the modular design of independent lubrication system
and hydraulic system,the crusher can obtain the protection
function of hydraulic oil temperature,flow,pressure,and
abnormal power,with the linkage to main motor starter
control.
Full Process adaptability
GS series cone crushers are designed to give maximum
performance in a wide variety of crushing processes from
secondary to extra fine crushing and from stationary to highly
mobile applications. Several different crushing cavities can
be used in the same frame structure.This feature ensures
that you are always able to adapt your GS to the crushing
process.
Large Feed Opening
The GS series allows big feed openings with a fairly small
cone diameter.This is especially important in secondary
applications as it means you can open your primary
jaw crusher wider, potentially increasing the capacity of
your plant. GS Series cone Crusher can fit in any suitable
application-soft rocks or hard rocks, in non-abrasive or highly
abrasive feed; on a Fixed installation or wheeler chassis
configuration; in a new or retrofit application.
